1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes order verification, preparation, quality handling, and transfer to our fulfillment partners.

Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, product launches, or seasonal peaks, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Selected international destinations where shipping is available at checkout

If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to your location.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier capacity, local postal services, and external delays.

United States

Europe

7–18 business days after dispatch.

United Kingdom and Switzerland

Remote or non-metropolitan areas

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the tracking number has been issued.

This is normal, especially when the parcel is moving between logistics hubs or international carriers.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offer will be shown during checkout.

For example, if a free shipping threshold applies, it will be displayed before payment.

6. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Orders may be shipped from international fulfillment centers depending on product availability and destination.

For orders shipped internationally, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local handling fees depending on the destination country.

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by AUREOLOGIE.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local import fees.

AUREOLOGIE is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

European Customers

For customers in the European Union, VAT and import procedures may apply depending on the value of the order, the destination country, and applicable customs rules.

Where taxes or duties are not collected at checkout, they may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority before delivery.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

AUREOLOGIE is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a carrier attempts delivery and the package cannot be delivered due to absence, incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the parcel may be returned, held, abandoned, or destroyed depending on the carrier’s policy.

AUREOLOGIE is not responsible for failed delivery caused by customer inaction, refusal, or incorrect delivery information.

If a package is returned to sender, we may offer a reshipment depending on the situation. Additional shipping fees may apply.

9. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

We understand how important your order is.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@aureologie.com with your order number and tracking details.

A package will generally be considered delayed only after the estimated delivery window has passed.

A package may be considered lost if there has been no tracking update for an extended period and the carrier confirms that the parcel cannot be located.

AUREOLOGIE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing, stolen, or taken from the delivery location.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, we recommend that you:

  • check with household members, neighbors, building reception, concierge, or local delivery points;
  • verify the delivery address;
  • contact the carrier directly;
  • contact us so we can assist where possible.

10. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages.

This may happen when items are fulfilled from different locations or when certain products are prepared separately.

If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you will receive tracking information for each parcel when available.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.

11. Pre-Orders and High-Demand Products

If an item is listed as pre-order or delayed, the estimated shipping timeframe will be indicated on the product page or communicated by email.

Orders containing pre-order items may ship separately or together depending on availability.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it or modify the shipping address.

While we work with reliable fulfillment and carrier partners, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • carrier disruptions;
  • weather conditions;
  • public holidays;
  • high seasonal volume;
  • incorrect address information;
  • international logistics delays;
  • events outside our control.

AUREOLOGIE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or external events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Refused Packages

If you refuse delivery of your order or fail to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, the package may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed.

In such cases, shipping fees, return fees, customs charges, and handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Refund eligibility will depend on whether the package is returned to us in resalable condition.
