Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including your tracking number.

Delivery Time (United States)

Standard delivery takes 6–10 business days from the shipping date. Every order is fully tracked from our facility to your door.

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Delays

While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional carrier delays can occur during peak periods or due to weather. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us at support@aureologie.com and we'll resolve it — with a replacement or a refund if your package is lost in transit.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before dispatch. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address after dispatch.
