Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your Aureologie ritual. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@aureologie.com with your order number.
- Tell us briefly what didn't work for you — it helps us improve.
- We may ask for a photo of the product you received.
Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. In most cases, you will not need to return the product — if a return is required, we will provide instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
If a return is requested by our team, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items — in those cases, we cover everything and prioritize a replacement or full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us at support@aureologie.com and we'll resolve it.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed, but our 60-day guarantee still applies once it arrives.
This policy applies to purchases made on aureologie.com. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
